Program. This section governs the Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Ontario SMS and text messaging program (our "SMS Messaging Service"), operated by Nautilus Bath Remodel Inc. It applies to the mobile number you provide to us.
Express consent. By providing your phone number and checking an SMS consent box, you give your express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Ontario at the number provided, sent using an automatic dialing system. Text-message consent is requested separately from any phone-call consent and from email, and each is optional. Consent is not required to purchase our services, and you may request a quote or book a consultation without opting in.
Message types. Appointment reminders and confirmations, service updates and scheduling, follow-up communications, responses to your inquiries, and, where you have separately agreed, promotions and offers.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information. We collect your mobile phone number and your SMS and call consent records in order to send the messages described above.
